I Purchased last year 1.5 Ton AC.Compressor not working for last 10 days . Service
very poor ,No body responding properly .
My 1.5 ton Split AC remote went wrong. In spite of so many attempts the company could not replace it even at cost. I am very very disappointed with LG. The customer care service and service centre people are very irresponsible. Think twice before buying any LG product.
Lg products are good but its service is very poor.
so most people feeling upset to buy any LG product.
LG officials should try to improve the

I bought 1.5 ton LG split AC. Right from the day one I had problems with this AC. wit in a couple of days after its installation the water started oozing from the front panel and the shutter got stuck and broken. though the complaints were attended the same had resurfaced again. And for every visit by their technician they intend to charge the customer. they are not bothered whether the complaint has been attended properly or not. after having paid for their visit if the problem resurfaces again the service personnel should take up the responsibility to do it free of cost other wise its time to think over before buying any lg produc
